How to swim in several seas at once

Israel for tourism is a unique country. Firstly, the Red Sea resort of Eilat is good for relaxing all year round; secondly, it is possible to combine the pleasant (that is, relaxation) with the useful, namely with excursions to the holy places of Israel. If we add to the first two points the possibility of healing the body weary of life on the coast of the Dead Sea, it becomes clear that this is where the Russians need to go. Importantly, it takes only four hours to fly to the country. Russian tourists are especially pleased with the presence of Russian-speaking staff in many hotels.

Most often, tourists who choose Israel as their vacation destination are offered holidays in Eilat. The company Ophir Tours has developed for its customers an unconventional version of a trip around the country called Four Seas. The main base (i.e. the hotel), from where tourists go on excursions, is located in Netanya. It is convenient to get from here both to Jerusalem and Tel Aviv (just an hour’s drive), and to the north of the country. And most importantly, tourists will visit immediately on four seas – the Mediterranean, where, in fact, Netanya, Red, Dead and Lake Kineret is located (it is also the Sea of Galilee, or Lake of Tiberias). According to the company, this tour for exploring Israel is optimal because it combines a large number of excursions with a vacation at sea.

Ophir Tours is Israel’s leading tour operator with forty years of experience in the global tourism market. General Agent of Israel National Airlines EL AL. It is in first place in Israel for the reception of tourists. The representative office of Ophir Tours in Moscow is Statours, which works with a wide network of travel agencies (more than 150) in Russia and the CIS countries.

The tour will take 9 days. As practice shows, a week is too small for Israel. Those who have a lot of time to relax, after the program will be able to stay in Eilat for another week or even longer.

The program begins in Tel Aviv. Immediately after the “landing” on the Holy Land, tourists will be taken on an excursion to Neot Kedumim, located a 10-minute drive from Ben Gurion Airport. In biblical times, there was a road for pilgrims ascending to Jerusalem. Until now, the most biblical plants grow along it: Lebanese cedars, myrtle, frankincense, Egyptian fig tree and willow. On the slopes of the mountains goats and sheep graze. After the tour in Russian, tourists are fed a “biblical” breakfast of hot cakes, cheeses and tea from aromatic herbs. From here, tourists will travel to Netanya – an ideal place to relax on the Mediterranean Sea. (Here, by the way, the National Center for Diamonds is also located, where you can buy jewelry at very low prices.)

From Netanya, an excursion to Tel Aviv and Jaffa will begin, and the next day to the north of the country – to Tiberias to Lake Galilee. Tourists will also go to Jerusalem from Netanya and spend the whole day and night there (usually travel agencies offer only a day excursion), and then to the Dead Sea, where you can try the miraculous cosmetics of Ahava. The tour will end with three days of relaxation in Eilat with boat trips with a glass bottom, inspection of the underwater observatory and other marine activities.

On the entire route groups are accompanied by professional Russian-speaking guides. Tour price – $ 960. Discount for children with two adults – 50%, 25% – for a child with one adult.
